Pros

My contract works 9/80 work weeks.

Cons

Average benefits. Nothing really sets them apart. They merged from 2,500 employees to 25,000 in under a year - and their lack of infrastructure shows. Pay is average. No bonuses. Nothing really ‘special’ or wonderful working for Peraton. They’re extremely cheap in every aspect of everything.

Pros

On a fed contract for many years and, with the exception of pay, was a great place to work. Switched contacts with (unknown before accepting) fairly toxic leadership.

Cons

Some fear-driven leadership Legacy employees not paid market wages
