Acquisition galore

Pros

Peraton continues to expand its business with the acquisition of a sector within Northrop Grumman, and as well, full Perspecta company. What this means is, growth for the company as they look to compete with other top US defense contractor companies.

Cons

Peraton should be careful of not biting more than they can chew.

Pros

An overall decent company with good work/life balance ruining itself with divisive statements and a cowardly response to government overreach.

Cons

This company has in the past year made politically charged statements to the company as a whole that have been entirely unnecessary and divisive. Furthermore it supports causes that violate the beliefs of many in the company. But the final straw came when the leadership decided to bend the knee unconstitutional vaccine mandates. I had hoped to stay in the company as long as possible, but that unfortunately no longer is the case.

Pros

Nice management and flexible hours

Cons

Peraton bought the company I originally worked for and then made the benefits worse and took away our bonuses. We don't get any bonuses now
