      Pros

      Perspecta did a great job managing through the pandemic. They gave great and fair direction which was strongly appreciated during the times of uncertainty.

      Cons

      The acquisition from Peraton was a little messy, there was a lot of uncertainty in terms of who was going to lead whom. I think when such a large company is acquired by a smaller one, they need to be able to allow the ones leading much larger teams to keep doing that. It got messy in the sense that it felt like some of the managers did not know how to manage the new teams.

      Worked remotely on a contract which the Army shelved due to budget reasons Excellent PMO and people

      Cons

      Wish i had a bit more work to do as a writer. I don't think the firm utilized all my talents, but I was only there 18 months..
