      Pros

      Depending on the department, project, and leadership, the company can be excellent. There's a good focus on the people from most management.

      Cons

      Red-tape and procedure are heavy and it's difficult to get approval for common management tasks, including spot-bonuses, raises, and promotions. The long list of companies combined through mergers has left the company riddled with confusing and obtuse policies in some areas. An over-focus on massive contract wins means if you're in a small contract, you don't get the recognition or support your client deserves at times. Business development is laughably bad for some areas of the company, if the opportunity doesn't exceed $200m
