Manager spends 6-8 hours a day in meetings, so you get zero time with them. The company doesn't give sick time. You must use your vacation time. If you run out of vacation time then maybe your co-workers will donate some of theirs to you. Also, the company only services government contracts, yet doesn't recognize many federal and/or state holidays - very strange.
