Pros

If you want a 40 hr a week job, but the constant stress of being behind on everything; then this would be a good job for you. If you will thrive under horrible management (sans a very few good ones) then this job is for you.

Cons

Managers are young and inexperienced and only there to run reports about how badly everyone is doing. Hiding behind words, Like "open door policy. Use your resources." etc. You won't grow any skills except time management. Tech is a non-player is this job, since everything is done old school notebooks and archaic fax machines. You won't learn how to work in a team, won't learn how to lead, won't learn any customer services apps. If you leave before the year is over, you owe THEM money. Even if you last, you won't have any transferrable skills to other jobs, not even customer service or project management because you simply won't learn them here. Go somewhere else for a first job. And if you're thinking of this as a retirement career, this isn't the place to decompress from corporate stress.
