Peraton bought the company I originally worked for and then made the benefits worse and took away our bonuses. We don't get any bonuses now

Program has good people who do excellent work.

Cons

Lack of communication. Lack of understanding the programs they bought from other companies. Lack of consistency. Simply too big, too fast and completely unprepared to effectively take on and integrate what they bought.
