Pros

– Management is great with communication – Peraton seems to really care about their employees' well-being – Work/Life balance is great – Compensation is very competitive

Cons

– Often times not sure what direction the company is headed in – Not sure what other colleagues are up to—or who they even are – Layoffs and current situation in government is VERY demoralizing to the employees

Pros

Some people you work with are amazing. Work life balance is so so.

Cons

Almost everything is an emergency, good ole carrot and stick for advancement, upper management is a big issue. No clear defined guidelines and technologies. Anything free is what can be used. Management does not know internal processes and will resist any input for improvement and make it your issue.

Pros

Certain Teams Allow Significant Flexibility. The work is interesting usually with latest frameworks.

Cons

Management has been cutting back on remote work and the flexibility of remote working. Pay is way under market value even for the area. Project leads can be disconnected from day to day operations of projects.
