Pros

Great work-life-balance. Great, caring management. Good structure. This is a fantastic opportunity, especially for entry level software engineers. Take it if you get the chance.

Cons

Base pay is on lower side, but benefits, work-life-balance, and remote work options more than compensate for it in my opinion. Career growth paths appear unclear.

Pros

Use Fidelity for 401K, but match is low.

Cons

Slowly getting rid of remote opportunities. Healthcare is expensive. Does not observe all federal holidays. Management is a hit or miss. Saw very few young managers. Very little growth (skill-wise and career) for technical personnel. Don't expect mentorship opportunities from seniors or principals as this seems like a place you join at the end of your career. Be prepared to play politics.
