Pay, Picking your schedule, great work environment, easy access to assistance or advice if needed, working from home, great benefits, loved working with everyone, up to date information communicated as quickly as possible, lots of room for advancement and job opportunities

Cons

not many job sites available in other states, would have liked to stay working for company if could have been able to move around and continue to work from home

Teams are nice and supportive because we were all under same pressure

Cons

Horrible work life schedule. No value for the average worker. If you raise complaint with management they dismiss it. Pay is incredibly low for the amount of work that is pushed out. Complete lack of diversity throughout company and especially in management.
