*Decent pay for customer service *Great Benefits *Work from home *Self paced (no micro managing for top performers)

Cons

*Stressful work environment and fast paced *Disorganization and poor communication *Workplace bullying *They don't hire from within and when they do they have been know to not pay people their raises *Very unfair in honoring disabilities and excused absences
