      Company sucks but the people are great.

      Great team to work with.

      Cons

      They participate in wage gaps for women. Don't pay according to level of responsibility. They raise funds for the community through employees, but the company does not provide any matching or funds for any of the fundraising.

      Hello there. Happy New Year! Your thoughts regarding gender pay gaps are very concerning. I want to assure you that we have a very methodical and objective compensation structure. Employee compensation decisions are only based on factors related to job performance (e.g., years of experience, education, past performance and current metrics). We take any type of protected class wage gaps very seriously, and have many mechanisms built into our compensation structure for preventing unfair wage gaps from occurring. In terms of our total compensation package, we offer a very competitive base salary, while also offering various monetary incentives to reinforce our pay-for-performance culture.       Contractor positions work for a big corporate company as a second class employee

      Pros

      Contractor position is good for someone in the single life, decent pay, bare minimum insurance.

      Cons

      Basically, no room for advancement unless you work your way to a position in the company you are servicing. Upper management is a revolving door so many changes. Virtually none of the company memos/announcements does not pertain to a contractor providing service for another company. Vacation / sick time is accumulative and have to work 5 years to have the chance to accumulate 3 weeks off a year!

      Thank you for reaching out. You made a couple of points that we would like to respectfully address. The first being that Percepta is not a contractor. We are a joint-venture, owned by two large firms: TeleTech and Ford Motor Company. In regards to your comment pertaining to upper management being a revolving door, we respectfully disagree. The majority of our Managers have been with the organization for many years, and have worked there way into the positions that they are currently in, by proving the value that they bring to the organization over the years. Lastly, we offer a very rich PTO/fringe benefit arrangement, compared to industry standards and our competitors.
