It's a job.......

Pros

If you like micromanagement and ever changing expectations, it is a great fit. If you are able to go with the flow and not voice any concerns or feedback, you can survive. There are a few opportunities to work from home, but there are drawbacks. If you are a favorite of management, good evaluations are easy to come by, just be sure to never to make your concerns, opinions or feedback heard to anyone.

Cons

Unreliable proprietary software that makes an already challenging job even more challenging. The very few good managers never stick around. If your feedback, opinion or concerns are ever heard, you may be a target for unfair evaluations leading to being on the road to dismissal. Almost every department has a turnover rate that tells the story that agents are viewed as cogs in a machine and are easily replaced. Some programs are 24/7, and agents that work after hours shifts not given favorable consideration for advancement. Work from home agents requested to come to the office on short notice for various reasons outside of working hours.

Hello there. Thank you for connecting with us through Glassdoor and leaving your feedback. I'm sorry that you have a negative perception of the organization. It looks like you are a former employee, so I suspect that we won't have the opportunity to meet with you in private to further discuss and investigate your concerns. We have an open door policy in HR, and encourage our employees to visit us anytime to discuss concerns that they have so that we can work through them together and ensure that any problems are addressed immediately. Wishing you all the best going forward. Take care.

Great entry level job to suit a means.

Not enough opportunity to move into a better paying position without a degree, even if you have prior experience.

Good morning. Thank you for reaching out. Nice to hear from you! We have done a great deal of research to ensure that our compensation structure is competitive with the labor market. We are also very proud of the culture that we have built on "promoting from within" whenever possible. We believe in investing into the development of our employees, and we offer many tools to assist with that goal. If you are unfamiliar with these resources, please be sure to reach out directly to the human resources team for more guidance. Enjoy the weekend.
