We would like to respectfully respond regarding the CEO comment. Our original CEO retried fairly recently. He retired to enjoy the next stage in his life, but was very proud reflecting on how far the company has come during his leadership.
While sourcing for his replacement, Percepta had a interim CEO, until Mr. Formisano joined as our Chief Executive Officer.
In short, the transitions in CEOs that you are referring to were simply the result of retirement. Thank you for raising this point and giving us the opportunity to clarify.
