      Pros

      Good place to work. Once on the production floor after training bonuses are available. Good benefits even for part time staff. I would recommend to friends.

      Cons

      Once a position is accepted must keep for one year. If hired part time can not move up to full time. This type of work is not for everyone.

      Percepta has excellent training. The environment is fun and motivating.

      At the time they only has part time positions.

      Pros

      Steady income, full benefits, huge discounts on all Ford vehicles. Co-workers very friendly and welcoming. Flexible work hours and schedule.

      Cons

      Low pay, with high expectations, lack of training program for proprietary systems. No defined job responsibilities. "Bare minimum" style atmosphere. Staff lacks incentive to aim high. Very old processes in place that management does not want to change. Old systems and technologies.
