Teams are nice and supportive because we were all under same pressure

Cons

Horrible work life schedule. No value for the average worker. If you raise complaint with management they dismiss it. Pay is incredibly low for the amount of work that is pushed out. Complete lack of diversity throughout company and especially in management.

Great company to work for. relaxed environment - fellow staff members and management were always willing to assist.

Cons

I had no issues working at Percepta, everything was explained from the start date therefore there were no surprises. Just enjoyed working there.
