The people are great! The hours and days are very flexible. You gain confidence and a feeling of accomplishment after every call you take. Knowing you have a whole team behind you to help when things get tough. You get great benefits, paid holidays, PTO & vacation.

Positive attitude within the office, Manageable workload. Excellent training and development programmes. Friendly staff. Hybrid working.

Cons

I honestly cant think of any. I have worked a number of jobs in my time and Percepta is one of the most professional. It honestly feels like I have been here forever and it was probably the most easy job to settle into and become part of the team.
