      Amazing autonomy and a great team!

      Pros

      *The PM team is amazing and tremendously helpful *Work life balance and autonomy is an amazing benefit *Great benefits *Vision for the future seems to be a main focus and resources are being utilized and added to get Calyx there

      Cons

      *Training feels a bit disorganized; however it is visible that there process improvements currently in process to correct this *Not always clear which department or person to direct issues to (though peers are a huge help in finding the answers!) *Onboarding was bumpy (though I understand this is being corrected also!)
