Pros
Very good atmosphere and employee benefits. Colleagues are all friendly and communicative. My line manager and peers are all very professional and willing to share not only their experience and wisdom but also lessons. And blended working here is encouraged
Cons
No obvious cons to complain, as a very typical foreign enterprise in China, it shares almost all characteristics of foreign investment. It is hard to judge especially from different perspectives. But as a local employee I appreciate and value its business manners and criteria, also understand its shortcomings and difficulties
