Pros

Best human group. All persons are kind and the work/life balance is excellent.

Cons

They don't have a real north in the development side. The company id great at providing DB experts as consultants. Now they want to become a software company but there is no lead and no ideas. Every n years they fire a lot of persons and start over but the peoject is the same only having a new face. There is no real project/idea to work on. It would be great if they hire a CTO.
