Over time you get to learn how other cultures live and work, the diversity of people is astounding - human-sized, you can get to know people over time For support: - 20% of the time dedicated to self improvement and projects you may have - strong and reasonable definition of how the workload and shifts are organized - very strong leadership, both technical and management. - seniors are excellent coaches - the team is really helpful on technical problems - 2 hours per week dedicated to finding technical solutions to any subject - reasonable amount of mandatory meetings. You don't have those long daily meetings nobody benefits from - the processes and tools are just working. And continuously improving. - you're not judged on quantity, but on quality regarding tickets
