Pros

- work from home / flexibility - salaries tend to be above market level - employees relationships matter / EMT open to communication - fast paced / dynamic environment

Cons

- changes in lots of areas (team structure, product strategy, sales strategy etc.) occur very often and can reverse back - big turnover in EMT team (Sales especially) - career path not really available in all departments

100% remote job, solid and really friendly team, very light on management side, some really challenging tasks, a chance to contribute to open source. A great culture!
