Pros

Percona attracts very talented individuals and has a very collaborative culture. Management is very transparent with info and stays involved with staff at all levels of the company on a regular basis. Even though the staff is remote, there are plenty of opportunities to engage with colleagues and stay connected to Percona. Wages and benefits are great, and Percona offers the best work/life balance I've experienced.

Cons

Being remote can lead to a disconnect from coworkers, but Percona offers plenty of opportunities to stay connected to colleagues.

Pros

-The people in the executive leadership team are determined, smart, and experienced. -They treat you like an adult -Most of the folks I encountered are extremely helpful -Their tool stack is above average -Their quotas and comp plans are somewhat reasonable

Cons

-In my experience, leadership was reactive instead of proactive with rep development -There is no training and minimal discussion about expectations and roadmap to success. -There was a huge disconnect and divide between the sales and marketing teams.
