      Lots of flexibility with schedule (of course probably dependent on manager)

      Cons

      Individuals in other departments are not always pleasant/easy to work with. It's as if they forget we are all on the same team or working on the same goal. It makes it extremely difficult to communicate when you can easily cross the wrong person.
