You truly learn how to operate a business on any sector. Pressure makes diamonds, and the pressure you’ll receive daily will enhance your overall thought process in life, and of course the money + bonuses is pretty good because the area you live in will be extremely cheaper than many other areas in the country.. seriously lol
Cons
Upper Management needs to be more consistent, Make or break you, this company and location is definitely not for the weak. Long hours, weekends sometimes randomly. The area is boring, especially coming from New Jersey
