Constantly reorganizing based on the flavor of the month by executives. Once you exceed the midpoint for salary earnings, attend each workday as if it is your last - for it could very well be the last of employment.

Pros

The people are friendly and treat you as family. Management appreciates new ideas and creativity. Jim Perdue is a real person, does visit the plant facilities, and talks to all levels of employees.

Cons

The work is hard at the facilities and does not always smell the best. The climate is damp and cold due to the nature of the product.
