      You meet some great people that work at the plant.

      Cons

      While the pay is good, the amount of hours you are expected to work offset the pay. You easily work mimimum 60 hours per week. Hectic weeks are 80+ with maybe one day off.

      They will hire you,but you won't last long,your co workers snakes in the grass

      Cons

      They have a slave mentality,if your a good worker,they will make sure you no your nobody so don't do nothing extra,there will be invy and eventually they will find away to fire you.trust me.
