Steady employment and got to learn some things in the business side of the industry that I hadn't at other places.

Cons

The director has ADD and can not stay focused on the task at hand. Tries to micromanage a large operation and doesn't give management the freedom to do the jobs they were hired to do. Acts one way in the office and another on the floor.
