Pros

Got a ton of chicken for free (company provided), a better understanding of where our food comes from, and the coworkers in the trenches daily with you. They have pretty good software systems

Cons

Forced to do more with less and expected to retain people. Asking for things was like pulling teeth, but yet we were expected to keep associates happy. Poor HR environment - cannot handle conflict effectively.
