Pros

Benefits and environment as a whole are awesome!

Cons

Depending on who you are you maybe able to walkout during a shift and return tomorrow, but someone else does accordingly to handbook and they may not get the 3 day suspension before actual termination or disaplinary action upon returning. Firing people over the phone and telling them in 6 months to comeback cause you're eligible for rehire!

Pros

Good benefits, good prices on product for employees. The wellness center is an excellent benefit. Very safety conscious plant. HR people there in two shifts.

Cons

Managers that can't have a single original idea. They have horrible moral with the everyone is replaceable mentality. The lack of training is horrible. Expect you to do work with little or no training.
