Pros

Everyone is very committed to success, a truly team environment. There are goals that everyone comes together to achieve, and it feels like everyone success or everyone defeat. Not a company that lets the managers be the champions and the workers be the scapegoats. Eager to teach those ready to learn

Cons

Lots of long hours to be successful, goals and expectations are not adjusted based on man power.
