Pros

Overtime Their hiring process is way faster than most employers They hire just about anyone

Cons

Some of the areas of the plant are cold and some are hot. This can allow you to get ill if you don't dress accordingly. Perdue is modern day slavery; however, there are positions inside that aren't so bad but there's an extremely slim chance you will get those positions. The pay rate does not match up with the performance expectations of the laborers.
