Some of the employees were really nice to work with.

Cons

Not much communication between administration and management. There were often a lot of confusion that took place, especially when emergencies arose. It was often a case of "who's job is it?" Better communication between the ranks is definitely suggested so that better communication can flow to the lower ranks.

Not a company that lets the managers be the champions and the workers be the scapegoats. Eager to teach those ready to learn
