cheep insurance,pay checks and a great place if you do not speak english
Cons
people that have a white hard hat think and treat all others as if they are slaves. politics if you do not kiss rear ends it won't matter how hard you work or how good you are at your job step on the toes one of the "gods with white hats" you will get fired it may take them a year or more but it will happen. they will keep making false "charges" to HR until they get you and HR will just play along.
