Pros

Fast-paced work environment, many opportunities to cross-train, opportunity for moving up in company over time, vacation time is fair and increases with employment.

Cons

Big company benefits but small company feel--many "clicks" within company, which make it hard to make recommendation or raise concerns without upper-level supervisors and/or management discussing it with others.
