      Benefits are decent. Reputable position in the market translates to fairly stable environment.

      Cons

      Unprofessionals littered throughout upper management. Management favors brusk and negative leadership creating for a negative and harsh environment. Not focused at employee development.

      Perdue Farms is a company in which you can grow with and perform several jobs in a career. Management cares alot about associates and the benefits are outstanding. There are few companies that match up to 5% on the 401K and Perdue does.

      Cons

      Perdue tends to employ people you would not normally work with, low income types with poor work histories.
