Pros

Generally, a very friendly environment. Supervisors I had were good people who cared about their employees.

Cons

Not the best pay. No training program for equipment. Unless you have previous experience in a similar plant, you will find yourself learning things that will save time, stress, and more after you already endured these. What I mean is that there are processes and things they could easily put on paper and giveyou or even have maybe 2-4 hrs of actual training to save you the trouble, while also benefitting the company in the long run. To be fair, they did have a new DOO a couple of weeks before I left, so it may be quite different. I was at the Perry Ga cook plant.
