Pros

It is close to home

Cons

No communication, deceitful wording for upward mobility, uncomfortable laybor speed, a laybor force that predominantly exclusively speak Spanish and there's no translators on standby except for the management and hiring department, mandatory overtime almost every shift, unsafe and unsanitary working conditions

Pros

Good money, consistency, long hours.

Cons

Poor communication, very bad structure, hires managers that have no experience. Management also believes they can speak to anyone anyway without recourse. Also a lot of in house cover up goes on.
