Don’t do it!

Pros

You get some decent discounts on chicken when they have too much inventory because the sales are down. Some of the workers are good honest people who won’t step on your face to get themselves in the spotlight but beware the place is littered with them.

Cons

Not a good place to work, senior leadership is short-sighted, napolianistic, narcissist with machiavellianism traits. Poor leadership that doesn’t like to be challenged or you will be penalized. Conflicting goals from across the organization including who owns the decision rights and accountability with no strategy and vision.
