Pros

Working in Information Technology you feel like you are in a family-oriented environment with how well you get along with co-workers. IT integrates well with the business. Upper management is very approachable and treat associates (what Perdue calls it's own enployees) equally. Current CEO Mr. Day provides a n articulate, clear message for associates to understand overall expectations. Aside from day to day work Perdue are stewards and donates/supports charitable organizations.

Cons

Difficult to advance in jobs and doesn't provide equal training opportunities. Difficult to move between departments
