The Pay is really good for the entry level position. Diverse range of options for jobs, wether you need something on the simpler side or something on the challenging side, there is a varying range of options for everyone. There are a lot of options for moving up and getting promoted in various positions within the company. Have a higher rate of being eligible for other job opportunities within the company, Employee discounts on Perdue farm chicken products. Vacation days, offer of medical, dental & dental w/ortho, vision, short term & long term disability, health expense account & days off per month with supervisor approval & family medical leave. Wellness center on site with no copay options.
