Pros

The money is ok now, but I worked for 4 years in this job before I was given a substantial raise to match my skills and knowledge.

Cons

Long hours Few days off, took a week off for vacation then worked 67 days without a day off... Teamwork leaves alot to be desired, "if you don't wanna do it, just pass it off to night shift" is the current maintenance attitude... Management does not have knowledge or experience to facilitate resolution for ongoing problems Employees are not valued, we are treated as if they are lucky they gave me a job... my skills and experience are the reason I am still there, I know what I'm doing... Benefits are lacking, high premiums, low payout for medical bills... we have been sent to collections various times because they wouldn't pay... but we pay over 5k a year for health dental and vision.
