Lots of super fast paced work with lots of hours.

Cons

No help and No training at all. They just hope that you will figure out what to do. No Management on the floor or Lead that knew what to do. The most senior worker on the line had been there 3 weeks.

Good pay, steady work, great 401k plan, paid time off once you’ve earned it and great benefits.

Cons

Bad management, a lot of people don’t like to do their job and they get away with it and the machines need to be replaced cause they really make the job so much harder than it should be.

Pros

They are good about getting everyone prepared for work with the safety they need. They help when necessary and see that you’re struggling.

Cons

They could better by not talking negative about everyone. They could do better with teamwork and getting along with people. They could better with gossiping and spreading rumors. They could do better for new employees by helping them understand they don’t have to move at a certain speed or stress yourself out. They could better at following rules themselves. If HR tells me you can’t be in a relationship and work together, but it’s okay for 3 couples that work side by side. They could be a lot nicer to one another instead of being fake. You can’t choose and pick favorites based off someone else’s opinion. I miscarried at work and no one cared.
