We spend a lot of time making sure we hit the mark on those fronts, so we're heartened to see that effort was apparent. Speaking more broadly, we'll add that team optimization—both from a workload and personality standpoint—is something else that gets a lot of attention. We know people do their best work when they feel valued, when they've got a great team around them, and when they feel like they've got the time and resources to give it their best effort, so rest assured that we're always thinking of ways to be better in this regard. Pros

Excellent work-life balance, comprehensive benefits, supportive and collaborative colleagues, generous paid time off, and a positive, uplifting company culture.

Cons

Staffing levels are often inadequate during peak periods, resulting in a significantly increased workload. The systems in use are outdated, and there is a lack of timely support from leadership during critical moments. Additionally, compensation should be more competitive in comparison to similar roles at other organizations.
