Pros

Lots of passionate people Companies software serves a good purpose Ok benefits Hard work is rewarded Remote work - real remote work! Pretty good culture Challenging and engaging work Leadership has good vision

Cons

-Higher ups are usually pretty busy which can lead them to miss details - Company culture is still settling after a couple acquisitions. Clique-ish across product lines with a grumpy old-guard contingent. - some very old code that presents some very consistent headaches

Poor Leadership has lead to 40% quiting

Pros

You work remote. Team members generally get to work with are great.

Cons

40% of the labour force has quit this year alone. This company is extremely unstable. All the tenured employees have left. Executive leadership is very poor. Management keeps pushing and there is zero work life balance. Pay is extremely low for the work that is performed as well.
