Over more than 15 years at PerfectServe, I consistently found that strong results led to more responsibility and new opportunities. I feel fortunate that I could gain experience as a consultant, people leader, and product manager within a single organization. Throughout this time, I encountered consistently strong leadership and mentorship. Most importantly, PerfectServe is solving an essential problem of improving the way healthcare is coordinated and delivered.

Cons

Merging together four different companies has not been easy, and frankly we made some big mistakes in this integration.

Lots of turnover, culture needs work, a lot of “us vs. them” within the different products/acquired companies
