From the moment I enter the building at both campuses, there been nothing but support and encouragement to see each individual grow. The opportunities are endless. I recommend this company if you are looking to surround yourself with positive individuals who are eager and thirsty for learning. This is the perfect company.

Pros

I've found that strong results have consistently lead to new opportunities and increased compensation. The company is always changing rapidly, which is a positive thing in my opinion and leads to new opportunities to contribute creatively.

Cons

While the company invests heavily in the products it sells, I feel it undervalues the tools and systems of organization that are required as it grows. Also, we lack clear corporate metrics or OKRs that would enable teams and individuals to coordinate and collaborate to solve problems.
