Pros

The company's ability to streamline communication and reduce care delays is incredibly rewarding, making everyone feel like our work really matters. The leadership is incredibly competent, and holds a great deal of healthcare IT experience. Regular meetings guided by quarterly objectives ensure that the team stays focused on delivering on strategic goals (which brings a sense of accomplishment). There is great collaboration across functional groups, and a very nice feeling of camaraderie.

Cons

We are definitely growing quickly and experiencing typical growing pains, though the leadership team is also executing plans that were created along the way to support our growth.
