No Projects,No Good Salary, So Kindly Choose Your Career Wisely By Proper Research

Not got any pros to say about this company where no one supports you much technically or morally.
Cons
They have no projects and they will make you responsible for this.As they don't have any project so apparently you don't have one and you will not be treated as engineers for that. Even if you work in projects that you have been assigned with by working very hard,they don't consider your hard work until and unless you are in a billable client project. They pay very less and do make a 10%- 20% increment even after 2 years of experience.In initial stage they pay very and very less promising to give a good hike after 1 year but they don't care about the promise as they make us sign a bond with heavy amount and with 2-3 years of bond period.
