Good opportunities to work on VLSI emerging technologies at client site and in-house projects. Performance based compensation, yearly appraisals. Easy to approach management and HR. Training opportunities for freshers. Freedom to explore innovative ideas. Good policies in the interest of employees.

Not anything major so far.

We all work in a very nice environment and as a friendly team. We have interactive technical sessions. Overall we are a very great company together and we work very hard and efficient.
Cons
We have a small problem of communication. We really don't know where people are or what they are doing at the time
